Working with the State of Ohio and other stakeholders, Mission Management Services, a provider of turnaround services for care communities in need of temporary management, has assumed operational control of five skilled nursing communities and two assisted living communities in Ohio formerly owned and operated by Embassy Healthcare. The communities include: Lyndhurst Health and Rehab (formerly Embassy of Lyndhurst); The Residence at Lyndhurst (formerly Regent of Lyndhurst); Euclid Health and Rehab (formerly Embassy of Euclid); The Residence at Euclid (formerly Regent of Euclid); Newark Health and Rehab (formerly Embassy of Newark); Marion Health and Rehab (formerly Embassy of Marion); and Painesville Health and Rehab (formerly Embassy of Painesville.) Each of the nursing communities is currently accepting short-term and long-term nursing care residents and rehabilitation patients, while the assisted living communities are accepting residents.

According to Adrian Monroe, Vice President of Business Development at Mission Health Communities, the care communities, under the management of Mission Management Services, are focused on providing residents with the high quality, compassionate care they have come to expect. “We have extensive experience with providing facilities in need with stabilization and strategic redirection, focusing on clinical care, financial management, and communication,” says Monroe. “While there are some changes behind the scenes, the only changes residents and patients may see are for the better, as our team supports them inspired by our CARES values of Character, positive Attitude, Respect, Excellence, and Service. We’re committed in all that we do to providing those in our care with a comfortable, collegial, and caring experience. We work to ensure that residents and patients feel that they are always among friends—friends who have the training and skill to ensure your well-being.”

Each of the skilled nursing communities features well-appointed rooms, a wealth of social activities, and a first-class rehabilitation gymnasium to help people maintain or regain their optimal strength and mobility. Some also feature memory care, private room availability, and in-house hemodyalisis care. The assisted living communities feature a variety of living options, all with cable/wifi/phone, access to on-site gymnasiums, active social life programming, and more.
